1. Test Principle
A: Immunochromatographic and double-antibody sandwich method.
2. Specimen Requirements
A: ①Female Cercix, before sampling, wipe the vagina and the cervical opening of the uterus of excess mucus secretions, swab deep inside the vagina to the cervical opening, twist the swab several times and leave for 5-10 seconds to remove. ②Male urethral sampling, it’s necessary to have not urinated for at least 2 hours prior to sampling, and a swab is inserted 2-4cm into the urethra, rotated several times and left for 5-10 seconds to collect sufficient pathogens.
3. Performance Characteristics
A: The width of the membrane of this kit is not less than 2.5mm, and the liquid migration speed is not less than 10mm/min. The negative/positive reference rate is 100% consistant with the enterprise reference.
4. Storage and Shelf Life
A: Stored at room temperature 2~30℃, Valid for 24 months(The production date of the test kits scheduled by the customers).
5. Reading Time
A: Within 20 minutes.
